Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy/Date Changes: Cancellations or changes to bookings for this room must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check in date (by 2:00 pm of the day before arrival date) or the full amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card provided for the reservation.
Security Deposit: All guests are required to provide a $100.00 AUD credit card pre-authorisation on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a cash deposit of $100.00 will be required.
Identification: Personal identification documents will be required upon arrival. A valid government issued identification document will be required to verify the details of the guest at check-in.
After-hours Check-in Procedure: Our reception hours are Monday-Sunday between 0700-2200. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please kindly contact our reception between reception opening hours to advise of your late arrival. When arriving outside of reception opening hours, your room keys will be placed in the key deposit safe located adjacent our main hotel entrance. To open the key deposit safe, please use the telephone installed adjacent the key deposit safe to contact our after-hours support service. Our after-hours support staff will issue you with an access code for retrieving your room keys from the key deposit safe.
Shuttle Bus Transfer to Cruise Terminal: If you require shuttle bus transfer to Brisbane International Cruise Terminal Pinkenba please kindly contact our reception and we would be happy to assist with making a reservation for you. Please note, our shuttle bus transfer will require a minimum 24-hour prior notice.
Hotel Dining: Our onsite restaurant is available between 7:00am to 10:00am for breakfast and 2:00pm to 9:30pm for meal service. We also provide breakfast boxes for guests who are departing prior to 7:00am. If you require this, please contact us at reception prior to your arrival.
